The concession-granting commission for the procedure for the "Improvement, construction and the maintenance of Arber Road" concluded the review and evaluation of the submitted tenders in the electronic system of PPA, announcing "Gjoka Konstruksion" as the winner company.
From the review of the submitted documentation to the electronic system, in this procedure it resulted that the economic operator "Adem Pojani" had submitted some documents that did not meet the required criteria, and consequently the offer was disqualified.
From the examination of the system documents it was ascertained that the economic operator "Alb-Star" sh.a. had submitted some technical and legal documents but from their analysis it resulted that there was no financial offer and the required criteria were not met. For this reason, the commission decided to disqualify the operator "Alb-Star" sh.pk.From the review of the documentation submitted to the system by the economic operator "Gjoka Konstruksion", it turned out that it had submitted technical, financial and legal documentation in accordance with the requirements of the competition procedure documents and the commission decided to qualify the bid for the evaluation phase.
During the evaluation phase, this bid was declared winner after met the elements of the technical proposal for road construction and maintenance; environmental impact; social impact; deadline for completion of works and financial offer.
Following the announcement of the winning company, state authorities will now be engaged in negotiating the concession contract, the signing of which opens the way for the works to begin..
