An urgent appeal for help has been issued over the disappearance of 17-year-old Serxho Zefi, who has reportedly been missing for eight days in the Tropojë area of northern Albania.

Mother appeals for information
The teenager’s biological mother, Violeta Hysa, says she is deeply concerned about her son and is appealing to the public for any information that could help locate him.
According to the family, Serxho’s mobile phone was found outside the gate of the family home in Tropojë. They say he left without taking his phone or other personal belongings that could have helped with tracing his whereabouts.
Serxho Zefi was born in Tirana and currently lives in Bajram Curri, Tropojë. He is approximately 1.90 meters (6 feet 3 inches) tall.
Family asks public to help locate him
The family says they have been unable to obtain any information about Serxho since the day he disappeared and are asking residents and anyone who may have seen him to come forward.
Anyone who has seen Serxho Zefi or has information about his whereabouts is asked to immediately contact his family at 069 604 5208 or notify the Albanian Police.
The family hopes that sharing the appeal will help provide new information and lead to the safe return of the 17-year-old to his loved ones.
