Mangiaracina began his development with Costa Gaia Adelkam and Castelvetrano Selinunte, where he quickly established himself as a forward with a natural instinct for scoring goals.
His progression eventually took him into the senior game, including a spell with Fermana Under-19 before moving to Ligorna, competing in Serie D.

Mangiaracina later joined Marsala, where he made a significant impact during the 2024/25 season.
