Attorney Altin Goxhaj has sparked controversy with a video filmed outside the Pediatric Hospital in Tirana, where he points to what he identifies as Israeli and Albanian flags displayed on the building.

Goxhaj Links Israeli Flag to Political Protest
In the video, Goxhaj claims that “Albania is officially a colony of Israel” and warns that, in his view, the country could lose its national identity.
He also urges citizens to join ongoing protests against Prime Minister Edi Rama, describing Rama’s removal as what he calls the “first step toward victory.”
The lawyer further criticizes several Albanian political and public figures, including Arlind Qori, Agron Shehaj, Adriatik Lapaj and Sali Berisha, alleging connections or influence involving George Soros and Israel.
Claims Presented as Goxhaj’s Allegations
Goxhaj calls on citizens to react to what he describes as growing Israeli influence, stating that “they are in your hospital, with your children.”
His video concludes with a call for political confrontation and continued protests.
The claims made in the video, including the assertion that Albania is becoming an Israeli “colony,” are Goxhaj’s allegations and interpretations and are not independently established facts.
The presence of an Israeli flag at a public institution does not, by itself, establish that Albania is a colony or that Israel controls the institution or the country.
