Agalliu, who owns 14.5% of the company shares and is also Ismailaj’s nephew, is said to have demanded clarification over financial and property-related issues before the situation spiraled into a physical confrontation.
Agalliu Hospitalized After the Incident
According to the journalist, Sokol Agalliu sought medical assistance at the hospital and was reportedly in poor health condition following the altercation. Hospital sources confirmed that his testimony was taken by a judicial police officer.
The incident allegedly occurred inside the company offices, while police authorities were immediately notified.
Both Sides File Criminal Complaints
Sokol Agalliu has accused Idajet Ismailaj and his son of violence, theft of the alleged amount of money, and misuse of company property.
Meanwhile, Idajet Ismailaj also appeared at the police station and filed a complaint against Agalliu, claiming ongoing disputes and conflicts between them.
According to Lala, both parties have officially filed accusations against one another, while authorities continue investigating the core of the dispute and the responsibilities involved.
“More Serious Than the Fight Itself”
In her comments, Klodiana Lala described the situation as deeply concerning, especially considering that the individuals involved are linked to major businesses and significant financial activity in Albania.
“The fact that people who circulate large amounts of money and are considered important to the country’s economy end up at this point is more serious than the physical fight itself,” she stated.
Businesses reportedly connected to the partnership include “Arena Centre,” “Manastiri Resort,” “Finaman,” and several other commercial ventures.
