The game, held at the "Skënderbeu" stadium in Korçë, saw the Albanian side, led by coach Lucije Gjini, deliver a stellar performance characterized by organized play and decisive goals.

The scoring for Albania came from Klesta Ago and a remarkable hat-trick by Xhesika Ndoj. Coach Gjini's starting lineup for this encounter featured: Helshani (GK), Ara, Mustafa, Hasaj, Ndoj, Kuci, Isejni, Ago, Bushati, Qose, and Nuha.
