Four Albanian Nationals Arrested in Bolzano for Brutal Assault Involving Knives and Metal Rods

 Four Albanian citizens have been arrested by Italian police in Bolzano following a violent assault that left two young Italian men seriously injured. The incident occurred on the night of May 1st near the Bolzano Trade Fair Center and has since shaken the local community.

According to police reports, the altercation began as a verbal dispute inside a nightclub. Although security staff initially managed to defuse the situation, tensions reignited outside the venue. There, the four Albanians allegedly ambushed the victims, attacking them with knives, iron rods, and chains.

As a result of the brutal assault, two of the Italian youths sustained serious injuries, requiring recovery periods of 10 and 25 days. Tragically, one of them has been left with a permanent facial injury.

During the arrest operation and subsequent home searches, one suspect was apprehended at his workplace. Police also seized additional evidence strengthening the charges against the group.

The accused now face multiple charges, including participation in a violent brawl, causing grievous bodily harm, and illegal possession of weapons. Authorities continue to investigate the full circumstances and responsibilities surrounding the incident.
