25-year-old arrested for driving drugged with a spped of 190 km per hour in Tirana

 

 The Traffic Police has arrested a 25-year-old man who was speeding in Tirana, under the influence of narcotics.

The police services, following the monitoring with intelligent means, found the vehicle driven by citizen A.S., which was traveling at a speed of 190 km/h, on the eastern ring road of Tirana.

The operatives made it possible to stop the vehicle and during the AquilaScan test, it was found that the 25-year-old was driving the vehicle under the influence of narcotics.

Following the actions, the services of the Traffic Police arrested the citizen A.S., 25 years old, in the act, for the criminal offense of "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner".
