Starting from today the Municipality of Ura Vajgurore (Vajgurore bridge) will be called Dimal after the discovery of the ancient city on the hills of the city. For 1 year, the mayor Juliana Memaj has been working on this, which was achieved today in the Municipal Council with 19 votes pro.

But the name change is also done to turn the city already close to the ruins of the ancient city into a cultural and archeological tourist destination.
Also, this change came not from a unilateral decision of the Municipality but through consultations with the citizens of this Municipality who in the majority were in favor of the decision to change the name.
