4 citizens from Vlora are the next picket from the Operation Force of Law in Albania
 Agents of Force of Law Operations 
 Operation Force of Law (OFL) continues to fulfill the tasks set out in the Normative Act of 31 January 2020.

In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Convicted Individuals or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has sent letters in order to get the requests relating to the self-declaration of sources of wealth for the citizens:

- Edison Begaj, resident of Vlora, who turns out to be subject to the Normative Act, after the Court of Appeals for Serious Crimes in Tirana has finally sentenced him to 7 years and 6 months in prison, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and Illegal production and possession of combat ammunition”;

- Elton Çobo, resident in Vlora, who turns out to be subject to the Normative Act, after being convicted in Italy for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics" and the criminal court was recognized by the Court of Vlora, in 2019;

- Tesi Basho, a resident in Vlora, arrested and under investigation for the criminal offense "Coercion for giving property";

- Luan Kanani, resident in Vlora, subject to the Normative Act, after the Court of the Judicial District of Vlora, sentenced him to 5 years in prison, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics";

These individuals, as subjects of the Special Law, must answer in writing, within 48 hours, all the questions of the OFL and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.

OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions to impose emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as to send self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.

OFL will inform continuously the public of all procedural initiatives and executive operations it will carry out.
