The Kosovar karate player Alvin Karaqi has changed the state again.

He returned to compete again for Albania, where he had competed before joining the Kosovo Karate Federation in the International Karate Federation.

Karaqi left Kosovo to turn red again.

“2020 - Albanian karate team. It feels good to be back,” Karaqi wrote on Facebook.

Oculus News discovered that because of his disagreements with the Karate Federation of Kosovo, he has decided to compete for Albania.

The other karate player, Orges Arifi, had done the same.

Karaqi is currently the karate player with the best Olympic ranking of Kosovo karate players.

He remains a likely candidate to win the Tokyo 2020 Olympic norm, which is his goal.

Alvin, competing in the -84kg category, was close to a medal at the 2019 Minsk European Games.

His departure from Kosovo is a great loss for the latter but a Win-Win for the Albanians.
