8 new prosecutors against Corruption swore in Tirana
 
 Eight prosecutors appointed to the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption (SPOC) swore Thursday morning before the President of the Republic, Mr. Ilir Meta.

Prosecutors Altin Dumani, Arben Kraja, Behar Dibra, Edvin Kondilli, Elida Celami (Kaçkini), Ened Nakuçi, Enkeleda Millonai, and Klodian Braho will have a nine-year term without the right to be reappointed.

Attending the swearing-in ceremony were also the President of the Assembly Gramoz Ruci, the Ombudsman Erinda Ballanca, the Member of the Constitutional Court Vitore Tusha, the President of the High Judicial Council Naureda Llagami, the President of the High Prosecutorial Council, Gent Ibrahimi, the Ambassador of Delegation. of the European Union, Luigi Soreca, representatives of the US Embassy, ​​OPDAT, the EURALIUS V mission and members of the LAC.

Of the eight candidates sworn in, three of them are in the race to take the lead over SPOC, a position to be announced by the Supreme Prosecutorial Council.

In addition, 6 judges were assigned to the Special Court of Appeal and 12 judges to the First Instance Court.
