The Supreme Judicial Council held today it's next meeting in which adopted several important decisions.
After acquainting with the results of the verification of the conditions and legal criteria of running for Initial Training at the School of Magistrates for the candidate E.Q., the Council decided to disqualify him. The candidate has the right to appeal to the Administrative Court of Appeal within 5 days from the date of notification of the reasoned decision of the High Judicial Council.
