Albanian ship Oriku rescues 111 migrants in the Aegean Sea in three different missions overnight

 
 Intense night for the Albanian ship Oriku and the crew on a mission in the Aegean Sea.

It is learned that 111 Syrian, Iraqi and Palestinian migrants were rescued in three different operations within hours, yesterday evening in the waters between Turkey and Greece.

The news was made public by the Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka.


In a Facebook post, Xhacka claims that the migrants, who had been sailed on two boats and one speedboat, were handed over to the Turkish Coast Guard.
