The file is sent for trial of the 21-year-old Swedish man, Sebastian Vall.
About a year ago Sebastian tried to cross to the Muriqani border Customs 19 mini pistols, hidden in his bag. During the preliminary hearing at the Tirana Criminal Court, Vall explained that he had purchased the weapons in Kosovo and would send these weapons to Germany, but there was no document to prove it. The 21-year-old has not even shown to whom he bought the weapons or even the orderer's name. At this hearing he asked for a shortened trial.
