Full police notice:
On 06.06.2019, the Internal Control Service at the Prison, in cooperation with the Elbasan District Prosecutor's Office, have arrested in flagrantly these citizens:
- F.K (with basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison)
- J.C (with basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison)
- L.C (with basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison)
- A.T (with basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison)
- B.K (with basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison)
- YP (with a basic duty role of worker, security and escort group at Peqin Prison).
Their arrest has been carried out due to the fact that during the escort of the pre-detainees in the Court they held mobile phones and monetary value with them, which contradicts with the security scheme.
At the end of the procedural actions by the Internal Control Service at Prison, it turned out that these citizens have consumed the criminal offense of "Introducing or Holding Prohibited Items in the Execution of Prison Verdicts" provided by the Article 324/of the Criminal Code of Albania.
