Belgrade did not agree with the split of Montenegro and in all ways is trying to provoke chaos with the help of local actors.

The head of Helsinki Committee for Human Rights and Equal Opportunities in Serbia, Sonja Biserko, believes that Serbia's stance towards its neighbors is a test and return in the 1990s and regional relations are currently on the brink of a blow.

"Distrust of the neighbors from Serbia is raising tensions, forging without stopping," said Biserko in an interview to Pobjedu.

According to her, Serbia at the same time destabilizes or tries to destabilize Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo.

"In all this chaos, the worst are the Serbs of Kosovo who live in instability and under the constant pressure of Belgrade. And their future is set in gambling by the irresponsible actions of the two presidents," said Biserko.

Montenegro, she believes, is the goal from which Serbia has never given up.

"Belgrade did not agree with the departure and Montenegro and in every way tries to provoke the chaos with help of local actors. Serbia does not choose the words when qualifies the position of Serbs in Montenegro but also Montenegrin citizenship. In this sence, Kosovo really serves to Belgrade in a way to 'settle' on Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina." Biserko said.
