After Mogherini, the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, will visit Albania tomorrow.
He will have a tour in the Western Balkans starting tomorrow from Albania, and will then visit Podgorica, Belgrade, Sarajevo and Skopje.
Prior to the visit, Donald Tusk in a message to the Balkan countries, said that the European Union will continue to be the most reliable partner for the entire region.After the meeting with the President of the European Council, the Prime Minister Edi Rama will head for Germany on Wednesday, because will hold a meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday.
Untill June Albania have will lobby to the skeptical countries of the EU, Germany, France and the Netherlands to persuade them to give a chance to open negotiations after the EC's recommendation on April 17th.
