The Kremlin's portal, Sputnik in a text following the arrest of Marko Djuric, leaked the names of Kosovo Special Officers.

Sputnik points out that the police group that arrested Djuric was trained by Americans and is headed by Lieutenant General Mentor Shabani.

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic called this police group "a terrorist gang that attacked northern Mitrovica and arrested the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija."

According to Sputnik, the operational plan was drafted by the deputy commander of the Kosovo Police for the Northern Region, Besim Hoti.

This fact was confirmed by former head of the Co-ordination Center for Kosovo-Metohija, Nebojsa Covic, in a TV program on Serbian television.

Covic said:

This is a man should be registered and be marked in red. "
Sputnik points out that in 2014, Shabani is trained at the "Adem Jashari" base near Pristina.

This training was conducted in cooperation with the Iowa National Guard in the USA.
