Exceptional spectacle of the Albanian weightlifting with Romela Begaj in the Weightlifting World Cup that is taking place in the United States.
The Albanian weightlifter who competes in the weight up to 69 kg won the gold medal in break up stiyle and second of the world in two races.
Begaj successfully passed all three break up tests, with 103, 105 and 107 kg. In this style, Romela competed strongly with the two Colombian weightlifters, grabbing the gold medal. |

Even in the pushing style Romela made a good race with the first two successful tests, with 125 and 128 kg. With the third test, Romela Begaj tried 131kg, but could not made it.
At the end of the match, Romela Begaj reached 235 kg, becoming the sub-champion of the world, this is her best result in a world championship and certainly a historic result for the Albanian weightlifting.
