Serbia finds her lost Heart in the Middle of Albania, according Kurir
Serbian media have forgotten the "big Match" and since Serbian National team landing in Tirana, they have tried to find "incidents" and finally the "heart" of Serbia.

In fact there are no chances for Serbian team to get qualified, this seems Serbian media are exploiting the attention of ordinary Serbs in this very important match in the sense of emotions between two nations - having in mind the drone flight in Belgrade last year - and through it in some Medieval icons.

Entitled "Elbasan is the heart of Serbia; here are the first relics of the Serbian saint", in the online version of" Kurir published an article accompanied by icons of the Orthodox Church in Elbasan.

"Tonight Elbasan is in the spotlight because of the match between Albania and Serbia. But what Albanians do not know is that this place holds a special place in the Serbian history. Monastery of Elbasan, since 1381 were located the icons of St. Jovan Vladimir, the first Serbian saint," Kurir writes. Kurir writes that icons have been displaced since 1995 in the Orthodox Cathedral in Tirana and give the Serbian version of the history of St. Jovan.

Is important to stress here that according to last cencus (2012) about 16% of the Albanian population are of Orthodox religion, in that sense we may say these icons are an Orthodox stile, but we can not tell for sure they are Serbian or Greek.
