A woman from Tirana has made serious allegations against Artan Miraka, whom she identifies as a police officer serving at Police Station No. 6 in Tirana.
During the confrontation, she questions how Miraka can still be serving in the Albanian State Police, alleging that he previously touched her inappropriately.
In the video, the officer does not directly respond to the allegations. He repeatedly asks the woman to sit down, telling her, “Please sit down,” and later, “Please go and file a complaint.”
The woman also alleges that during another incident inside the police station, she was physically assaulted by a police officer. She claims she was grabbed by her hair and dragged and that she remained inside the station for approximately four hours.
According to her account, security cameras at the police station could potentially document the incident, but she claims the footage has not been made available to her.
She further states that she has filed a complaint with the justice authorities and claims that the case was subsequently referred to the Prosecutor’s Office and later to the Tirana Criminal Court. Despite this, she alleges that Miraka continues to serve as a police officer.
The allegations against Artan Miraka remain claims made by the woman and have not been independently verified. Any determination regarding the accusations would require investigation by the competent authorities and a response from the officer concerned.
