A tragic incident occurred on Friday afternoon in the village of Labinot-Fushë, near Elbasan, where two young brothers lost their lives after reportedly drowning in the Shkumbin River.

According to preliminary information, the children—aged 7 and 9—had gone out to tend to livestock when they entered the river and are believed to have accidentally drowned.
