Fetie Kasa, the former weightlifting champion, has resigned from the Police of Vlora, where for years she was in the ranks of the special police forces known as "Shqiponja" or "Eagle" in English. The resignation was made about a month ago and according to sources, it is all related to the dissatisfaction with an operation where the "Eagles" group, including Fetie Kasa, failed to hold and capture Inez Hajrulla, a person with a criminal record, and also some of his friends as hi was accompanied.

The van of the Eagles with 4 officers received an order to follow and stop a car that made dangerous maneuvers on the road. Fetie Kasa's group managed to stop the vehicle driven by Denis Karafili at a service station near the "Pavarësia" neighborhood in Vlora. But during the attempt to get Denis Karafili into the police van, they were opposed by several young passengers, including Inez Hajrulla.

 Who is Inez Hajrulla:

Inez Hajrulla is a person identified as a criminal element by the Police, who has survived two assassination attempts, first in 2017 and then in 2019.

The 2017 assassination attempt:

This attack was carried out with explosives in his car, where he lost a leg. The attack happened at a local place in Vlora known to be frequented by Edison Harizaj, one of the strongmen of Vlora, who was killed in Durres. Hajrulla is suspected to be part of Harizaj's group. The 26-year-old at the time is the son of a well-known businessman in the coastal city and is known to be a dangerous person.

The young man has been sentenced twice. In February 2018, Hajrulla received a 2-year prison sentence for "Disobeying the order of a Public Order Police officer" and "Possession and production of firearms, explosive weapons, and ammunition without a permit." The sentence was related precisely to the weapon found during the explosive attack that occurred in November 2017, but this sentence was suspended, leaving the young man on probation. Also, at the end of the year, he was sentenced to 8 months for "aiding the escape of a prisoner from his place of detention."

Inez Hajrulla is under investigation for the disappearance of Elvis Troqe in Vlora in July 2017. His involvement in this case came after one of the witnesses, who is the last person to have seen 25-year-old Troqe, declared to investigators that Elvis had left the bar where they were staying, saying he would meet a friend named Ini, which is believed to refer precisely to Inez Hajrulla since he is known in Vlora as "Ini i Çones". In addition to the disappearance of the 25-year-old, Hajrulla is suspected to be involved in other criminal events that are still unresolved.

The 2019 assassination attempt:

Hajrulla was staying in a café in the "Oslo" complex in the Lungomare area, in the company of two other people when suddenly there was gunfire from two cars.

The shooters apparently were amateurs, as none of the bullets hit the target, but a 58-year-old municipal employee named Dajko Cenodemaj, who was having coffee with three friends, was accidentally injured.

The perpetrators fled after burning two cars in the Babica area, one of which was a Land Rover, which was found to have stolen plates, and two burned automatic weapons were seized during the investigation.
