 A person wanted for murder in the United States of America has been arrested by the Shkodra Police in cooperation with the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), the Special Police Unit "Joint Shield" and Interpol Tirana.

After several weeks of work, has been arrested in Shkodra Arben Bregu, 50-year-old, who is found guilty by the Fourth Judicial Court in Duval, Florida, of murdering a person.
