The 51-year-old Albanian kills himself in Fier prison

 A serious incident occurred today in Fier Prison, where a 51-year-old man ended his life, hanging himself with a sheet.

Albanian media say that Ervis Kuçi, 51 years old, committed suicide in the toilet of the prison cell, while he passed away in the hospital.

Kuçi from Mallaskastra was in custody in Fier Prison.

Meanwhile, the police and the ambulance immediately intervened, but unfortunately the prisoner died at the hospital. It is learned that the 51-year-old was convicted of drug trafficking.
