A 63-year-old man in Vlora has committed suicide on the balcony of his apartment. According to the police, no signs of violence were found based on preliminary inspection.

At Around 18:45, in the neighborhood "29 Nëntori" in Vlora, on the balcony of his apartment was found hanging the citizen N.D., 63 years old. This citizen lived alone and from the preliminary inspection, no signs of violence were found.

The investigative team is at the scene and is continuing its actions to clarify the circumstances of the event.

We recall that the number of suicides in Albania has increased in recent months. Experts say one of the factors is due to the long quarantine time.
