Circulation control by Albanian Police: driving license revoked to 20 persons, 111 pedestrians and 9 businesses fined


 The police report said that in the last 24 hours, to twenty people were stripped of their patents and their cars have been blocked. In addition, a fine of 10,000 leks was imposed on 111 persons.

Administrative measures were taken, according to the normative act, against 9 businesses that did not comply with the virus rules.

The controls throughout the territory are going on, in accordance with the restrictive measures announced by the Albanian government, to control the consequences of the spread of COVID-19.

During the last 24 hours, 20 drivers have been identified across the country who have violated the circulation restriction, who have been penalized by the revocation of driving licenses and vehicle ...

In Elbasan, meanwhile, the citizen E. D., 33, resident in Elbasan, was arrested in flagrance after he was found drunken while driving a vehicle at the rate of 0.70 mg / l.

Across the country, during the last 24 hours, police structures fined with 10,000 leks, 111 citizens, who were found by police services to move on foot or by bicycle, in the afternoon, without any reason or emergency.

Across the country, 9 trading units were found not to have complied with the closing hours and administrative action was taken against the administrators, pursuant to section 3, point 7 of Normative Act No. 3, dated 15.03.2020.

Police appeal to citizens that no pedestrian will be allowed to go for walks, sports activities or other motives, except for medical emergencies and those who go to work, who must have their employer ID card and proof of work .

To shop in urban areas, a family member must apply to e-Albania or call for free to 55155 in order to obtain authorization, while retirees are not categorically allowed to leave their homes.

Police services will apply fines on pedestrians with no email or confirmation message from e-Albania.

The State Police appeals to all citizens to abide by restrictive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
