The 43-year-old, according to police sources, has been denounced by his ex-wife, who asked for police help.
Some Albanian media say that Duro had divorced her partner and because of numerous disputes, she had recently received a protection order. While Duro denies any allegations of violence against his ex-wife, at least after the divorce.
Police notification:
A citizen has been arrested in flagrance by the Crime Investigation Specialists in Commissariat No.2;
• K.D., 43 years old, resident in Tirana.
The arrest of this citizen came after breaking the protection order taken by his ex-wife, physically assaulting her and persecuting her.
Procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana for the criminal offenses "Domestic Violence", "Persecution" and "Actions in violation of court decisions".
