Albanian Judoka Distria Krasniqi wins gold in China

 Kosovo judoka, Distria Krasniqi has managed to win the gold medal for Kosovo in the 48kg World Judo Masters category, currently being held in Qingdao, China.

The World Judo Masters is the last race for this year on the IJF and EJU racing calendar. The first 32 judoists in the World Judo Federation World Ranking in each category participate in this competition.

Krasniqi began his journey in this tournament by securing a victory in the second round against the German Katharina Menz in the second round, having passed the first round without a fight, thus securing a place in the quarter-finals.
