Three Albanians and one Greek has been arrested at the border

 

 They attempted to smuggle hashes into the Greek state, three young Albanians and one Greek have been arrested in flagrance. The arrests has been made under the operation codenamed "Mavromati", by the Albanian Border Police in co-operation with the Greek Police of Igoumenitsa.

According to official sources, Greek police have arrested the person who was waiting for marijuana, while in his apartment has been found some 3 kilos of marijuana.

During the operation, the Specialists for Investigation of Narcotics, as a result of the rapid investigative actions, identified and detained another person as a collaborator in this traffic, concretely, during the operation on the Albanian has been arrested the citizens: N. Sh., 20 years old, resident in Shala, Konispol; A. A., 21 years old, resident in Dishat, Konispol; A. S., 19 years old, resident in Shëndetlli, Konispol;

Following the operation, the Qafë-Bota Police were able to obtain information that a Greek citizen along with his vehicle, near the Greek border crossing at Mavromat village, was waiting for the narcotics being transported by the two Albanian nationals.

Immediately has been informed the Igumenica Police, which made possible the capture of the Greek citizen G.M, 23, resident in Sivota, Igumenica Municipality.
