Germany's Champion in Swimming , Arti Krasniqi, will now compete for Kosovo

 The swimmer with a bright future, Arti Krasniqi, will now be competing for Kosovo.

The 20-year-old open-water swimmer has competed for Germany until 2017.

The Swimming Federation of Kosovo has officially received permission from the German Swimming Federation to allow Arti to compete for Kosovo now and on.

Krasniqi will make his debut next week in Patra, Greece, where the second Mediterranean Beach Games “Patras 2019” will be held from August 25 to 31, 2019, where the Kosovo Olympic Committee will participate for the first time.

Arti at the end of June Arti became the champion of Germany in the 10 kilometers, and for several years became the champion in the International Kosovo Marathon 2019, in 4.2 kilometers.

Apart from Arti, Kosovo in Patra 2019 will be represented by beach volleyball teams in both competitions, Dhurata Ismajli, Valmire Ramadani and Faton Mustafa and Armend Berisha.

At the 2019 Mediterranean Patras Sand Games, 26 countries are members of the International Mediterranean Games Committee.
