Albanian Intelligence alarmed: Increase of Russian interference in Albania
 Security Commission of Albania

The head of the State Intelligence Service, (Alb: SHISH) Helidon Bendo, reported with closed doors to the Security Commission in the Albanian Parliament.

The Committee meeting started with the departure of Socialist Party deputies Elena Gjina and Antoneta Dhima, due to their lack of the security clearance.

Sources within the Committee suggest that some of the reports of the head of SHISH has been focused on the Russian influence in Albania, but have not given much details.

The classified report of SHISH is now in the Office of the Prime Minister, who is taught to have expressed that part of this report will be made available to the Albanian public on April or May.

The Russian influence in Albania has been the cause of accusations and political debates, so this report is considered important for the Parliamentary Commission for Security.

We recall that present in this Committee was also Spartak Braho, former SMI MP and now MP of SP. and also the Democrat MP Myslim Murrizi, who did not gave up his mandate. Murrizi stated that would be present at the parliamentary proceedings after the Opposition protest on March 16, but has broken his promise because of the special importance of the SHISH report.
