At the July 26 hearing was reported problems with declaring the property of his cohabitant. The investigation was alleged that Mr Abdullai's parents were investors of a fund in a second-tier bank, while his wife for 2014-2015 had other assets, never stating of what she had.
At this hearing it was reported that the points that could affect the Judge Abdullai were his wealth with a lack of legal resources according IQC and his cohabitation, lack of bank accounts by 2016, delay in decision-making and the release of a prisoner caught with drugs, which Appeal returned him to prison.
