Filipov and Balashov, the Russian diplomats expelled from Albania

The names of two Russian diplomats, who will be expelled from Albania, have been uncovered. They are Vladislav Filipov, a military attaché, and Alexey Nikolaevich Balashov, the first secretary of the Embassy.

The decision to expel these two Russian diplomats was taken by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

"The Russian Ambassador received a verbal note of announcement declaring the two Russian diplomats non grada whose activity does not is in conform to their diplomatic status." the Ministry led by Ditmir Bushati announced.

This action of Albania is in tune with that of a number of North Atlantic Alliance countries, starting from the United States of America.

However, Moscow denies having a finger in the attack on Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, in Salisbury, southern England, who continue to remain in hospital in critical condition.
