Albanians arrested in Britain make up the third-largest group of foreigners found in British prisons, both in England and Wales, after the Irish and Poles, devoting nearly £ 53 million to British taxpayers.

According to figures from the British Ministry of Justice, the rise of drug gangs has tripled the number of Albanians arrested in British prisons, as in the past year their number reached 726 Albanians.

The British tabloid "Daily Mail" states that most criminals have been convicted of murder, drugs, and sexual offenses.

The groups organized by Albania have a great influence and control over the cocaine market in Britain. According to official figures, 321 people have been convicted of drugs, surpassing too many other groups who comes second as Jews and Poles.

The UK Agency Crime Fighting, "NCA" has warned that the Albanian drug criminal groups pose a major threat, using cruel tactics to control and protect their criminal activity.

The latest figures confirm frequent reports from the media about the arrests and sentences of Albanians, which have really become a problem for the image of other honest Albanians living and working in Britain.
