Both Presidents of Albania and Kosovo, Bujar Nishani and Atifete Jahjaga are expected to take part in the inauguration ceremony of the president of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The ceremony will take place on August 28th, the same day as Merkel hosts the Balkans Conference in Berlin.
The ceremony of inauguration will be attended by the leaders of 51 countries and officials from eight international organizations.
Erdogan's swearing-in ceremony will be special because previously, presidents have been elected by Parliament, and the swearing-in ceremony had been a formality and not considered a special event like this one.
