Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has congratulated today - Monday, via Twitter, the chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci.
"Congratulations for the victory Hashim & PDK, success of all members of the new Parliament of Kosovo. Much is done, there is still much to do", Rama said.
