Partizani U-17 women’s team has been crowned champions of Albania after a narrow 1-0 victory over Vllaznia in the national final held at “Shtëpia e Futbollit” in Tirana. The decisive goal came early in the second half.
The final, played in the afternoon, delivered a balanced and competitive encounter between two of the strongest youth women’s teams in Albanian football. Both Partizani and Vllaznia created several scoring opportunities, reflecting the intensity and importance of the match.
Vllaznia U-17 started the game with Reshiti in goal, supported by Faslija, Mataj, Kronaj, Hoxha, Hardhija, Kolekaj, Lorja, Ileri, Guri, and Hilaj. Partizani U-17 responded with Disha in goal and an outfield lineup featuring Jahelezi, Rushaj, Hasanaj, Selmani, Hyseni, Demushi, Klleci, E. Hasanaj, Hystuna, and Prifti.
The breakthrough arrived in the 49th minute when Andrea Klleci scored the only goal of the match, giving Partizani a crucial lead. Despite Vllaznia’s efforts to respond, the Tirana-based side managed to maintain their advantage until the final whistle.
The match was closely contested, with both teams showing tactical discipline and attacking intent throughout. However, Partizani’s defensive organization and ability to capitalize on their key opportunity ultimately made the difference in a final decided by fine margins.
This victory marks a historic achievement for Partizani U-17 women, as the club secures its first-ever championship title in this age category. The success highlights the growing development of women’s youth football within the club and in Albanian football more broadly.
Following the final whistle, an official trophy ceremony was held at “Shtëpia e Futbollit,” where FSHF Competitions Department specialist Endi Hyka presented the championship trophy to the winning team, celebrating their landmark achievement.
