As of today, Tirana has in the list of its street names a street named "Free Ukraine". The new sign is placed right next to the Ukrainian embassy in our country, where the Russian embassy is located.

The decision on the name of the street was taken a few days ago at a special meeting of the Municipal Council in Tirana where Mayor Erion Veliaj stated that 1300 families have expressed readiness to welcome Ukrainian refugees.
