Policewoman kills parents and her two brothers and commits suicide in Kosovo

 A Kosovo Policewoman killed four members of her family and then committed suicide in Kosovo, as reported by the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan at the Serious Crimes Department.

"The late Valdete Bllaca, a policewoman officer at the Gjilan Police Station, killed her parents and her two brothers and then committed suicide with the service gun," the prosecution said in a statement.

In the meantime, according to witnesses, many residents who heard the gunshots went to the scene.

According to the same sources, the local police went immediately in the scene, also the case prosecutor and the medical team, who confirmed her death.

By order of the prosecutor of the case, the bodies will be sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Pristina for autopsy.

Kosovar media have also published some of the photos of the deceased, while according to Gjilan police Bllaca was a traffic policewoman. According to sources within the police, she has been suffering from a mental illness and she has been fired from the position she held because of her psychic instability.
