If the President dissolves the Parliament, then Ilir Meta will be jailed

Rudina Hajdari today in the Parliament
From the stage of the Assembly today, the MP of Democratic Obedience Rudina Hajdari has commented today on the voices of a possible dissolution of the Parliament by the President Ilir Meta. While pointing out that such a move is not the competence of the head of the state, Hajdari said that if Ilir Meta intends to take such a step, he will be imprisoned.

"If you think this parliament will be dissolved, then the President Ilir Meta will be jailed, he does not have this competence," Hajdari said.

Hajdari has also been focused on the proposed changes to the penal code, mainly in the sharpening of the punishments for electoral crimes.

"The criminal code provides a special article for electoral crimes, why should be made this change, as well as that article just like the resolution that came a few weeks ago to throw gasoline on the fire. This article, the irony of this article, is that even Braho himself objected it, even for him tgis was a very strict measure, the ban to go abroad. We will review this article...,questioning human rights." Continued Hajdari.
