Three killed and one injured, this is the balance of a conflict in the village of Shëlli in the Administrative Unit Lis, Mat district.
The victims are three employees of Mat Municipality, Mentor Hoxha, Erzen Aliaj and Hamit Buçi.At first Mentor Hoxha is declared dead, while Aliaj and Buçi died during the helicopter transport to the Trauma Hospital of Tirana.
The injured is Astrit Hani, also an employee of the Municipality of Mat in the sector of the roads.
According to preliminary information the event is recorded at around 14:00. The person suspected by the police that committed the murder is Kujtim Koxha. He was arrested by police.
Sources from the scene suggest that four employees of Mat's Municipality went to the village of Shell to open a road blocked by a local resident.
They debated and then sat down to dine in the Restaurant of the village.
While they were dining in the village, they were shot by the 51-year-old Kujtim Koxha.
While after an hour of police chasing, the author is arrested.
The alleged suspect Kujtim Koxha, resident of Cello, Mat, was caught about 5 km away from the scene of the crime, on a bridge in Burgajet village. About 40 police forces are engaged in his arrest.
