A 21-year-old was arrested by police in Gjirokastra while trying to traffic three clandestines.
The detainee is Bruno Marki, a resident of Gjirokastra. His arrest took place on the Gjirokastër-Kakavija axis road. The young man had inside his car three clandestines for their trafficking."From Trafficking and Narcotics Investigation Specialists at the Local Police Directorate of Gjirokastra, in cooperation with the special forces "Eagle", following the work on preventing and hitting the trafficking of clandestines from third countries, entering the Albanian territory in a Illegal way, is arrested in flagrancy the citizen: Bruno Makri, 21, resident in Gjirokastra. The arrest of this citizen was made on the highway on Gjirokastër-Kakavie, in the place called Kordhocë, in flagrance while driving a Mercedes-Benz vehicle with AA 268 AL license plates, and had inside three foreign nationals from Far East countries. The materials passed to the Prosecutor's Office of the First Instance Court of Gjirokastra for further action, Article 298 of the Criminal Code," the police informs.
