Hungary arrests and extradites the Albanian fraudulent Valon Kyçyku in Tirana

 Interpol Tirana has extradited today from Hungary to our country a citizen of Kosovo internationally wanted: Valon Kyçyku, 37, was born in Kosovo.

As a result of Interpol Tirana's cooperation with Interpol Budapest, his arrest in Hungary was made possible by finalizing his extradition to our country.

Tirana District Court sentenced to 13 years in prison for the criminal offenses "Fraud committed in cooperation" and "Cleaning of products of criminal offense or criminal activity" provided by articles 143/2 and 287 / b of the Criminal Code.

The Tirana court in 2017 sentenced this person and his partner Burim Haxhiolli to 13 years in prison after setting up a ghost company and deceiving people by promising success in business.

According to the court, they have operated as a pyramid, in which they have attracted a considerable number of affected persons by acquiring a sum of 532,163 euros in total. The company was not registered legally and registered in the Albanian tax authorities, but their activity was carried out on behalf of the two companies registered in Skopje, Macedonia.
