In the framework of co-operation between Bologna police and Bolzano police, Ulli Seferi, 46, was arrested, along with his wife, Valbona Qemalli, 45.

For the authorities, the 46-year-old was the person who communicated directly with cocaine distributors.Ulli Seferi ended up in jail while the woman was forced to stay in Castellarano, as Albanian media writes.
