Podgorica, Albanian and Kosovo flags burned

 Unknown persons have set fire to Kosovo and Albania flags in downtown Podgorica. The incident happened on Thursday night and burned flags were placed in front of the embassies of Kosovo and Albania in Montenegro. 

Regarding the case, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro has reacted condeming the burning of flags of Kosovo and Albania. Ivan Vucic, responsible for communication with the media at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, told to Radio Free Europe that the Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed regret for this act, which occurred a few meters away from embassies of Kosovo and Albania in Podgorica. 

"The Ministry is in constant communication with embassies, and the competent authorities shall take all necessary measures to solve the case and the discovery of actors," he said.

"We are convinced that such events will not affect the good bilateral relations and friendship between our countries," said Vucic.

There were no reaction from Albania Embassy but the Albanian ambassoador  went to Tirana. And the Embassy of Kosovo does not have any statement.
