Halil Hasani, 54, from Ninat, Saranda, was arrested yesterday evening by State Police in a place called "Cuka Channel" for obtaining in his vehicle, plate AA 676 CN, 695 gr of cannabis sativa, 3 kg of explosive of nitrat type and 9 detonators. All these ilegal materials were enclosed in a bag in his vehicle. The materials were sent to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.
