The animals saved from "Safari Park" in the city of Fier since Sunday live under normal conditions and under the on-going assistance of veterinarians.
Minister of Tourism and Environment, Blendi Klosi, expresses the government's determination to not allow animal maltreatment, warning actions across the country.The minister has posted a video showing the conditions in which the animals of "Safari Park" lived and the moment of their transfer.
We waited for 12 days to save Safari Park's animals in Fier, but we did! Since Sunday they live under normal conditions, within the standards, with the assistance of professional veterinarians, who are still caring for their rehabilitation! Now, Fier remains an example, the action will continue in every corner of Albania, to not allow that animals be ill-treated and to forcibly seek respect for their rights," wrote Minister Klosi.
Animals transferred from "Safari Park" in Fier are temporarily placed in the Zoo of Tirana.
