The Skopje-Bllaca highway will be built through the Public Enterprise for State Roads (NPRRSH) and the budget rebalancing will not affect the dynamics of construction because NPRRSH since 2013 is not a budget user, Kosovo media reports.
This was stated today by Macedonian Finance Minister Dragan Trevdovski in answering the question at the government press conference on 2018 Budget."Skopje-Bllaca highway is one of the priorities we are trying to implement as a Government. The technical documentation is currently being prepared, and we also asked for funding for the construction of the highway by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with which we undertake all the activities to be realized, said Trevdovski.
